GL series upper and lower spreading type discharge valve is a special single-seat adjustment valve, which can be equipped with pneumatic film actuator and pneumatic piston actuator. It is widely used in fine chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries for discharging materials. It is a special control valve. It has been used for thousands of times in fine chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
The valve body adopts one-piece DC Y structure, the valve cavity has no blocking flow channel, the inner surface is sandblasted or polished, the pressure drop loss is small, the valve has no dead space.
The valve spool adopts floating design, with good automatic in performance, to ensure reliable sealing performance.
The sealing surface adopts tapered form to ensure good sealing performance of the sealing sub.
Inner parts can be welded or sprayed carbide way to ensure the life of the sealing sub.
Good use in the temperature range of -17 to 593℃.
Leakage level to meet in line with GB/T 17213.4-2005 / IEC 60534-4: 1999, hard seal up to level IV and V, soft seal up to level VI.
